The local beach is just 3-4 minutes walk away. At low tide there is a huge wide space to play on. West Wittering Beach is a short walk along the coast.

The house has been thoughtfully redesigned to accommodate 8 adults in 4 bedrooms with an additional 2 child's under bed trundle and travel cot making it perfect for 2 families, large groups or three generations; Grandparents, kids and grandchildren.
Opening onto a double height hallway, Thornton is a spacious and welcoming place, split between 2 floors allowing for privacy amongst guests. The first floor comprises of the master bedroom with super king sized bed and en-suite with roll top bath, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower both with glimpses of the sea!
The ground floor has a family bathroom with walk in shower and large bath, king sized bedroom and further twin room. Separated from the bedrooms is a wonderfully impressive open planned living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa area with large smart tv and wood burner.
This area opens out onto the decent sized secure, decked and lawn garden with teak dining area, BBQ, slide and hot and cold outdoor shower for swilling off after fun at the beach. In addition there is a utility room with washing and drying machine, freezer and storage space.
There is off street parking for 2/3 cars. Linen is provided with bath towels. Beach towels not included.
Thornton is in the ideal location for all ages to take advantage and explore the West Sussex coastline and surrounding countryside during all seasons. Apart from the close proximity to award winning West Wittering beach and the acclaimed natural beauty of East Head with its walking and water sports, Chichester Marina is conveniently close, Chichester with its abundance of retail therapy opportunities and not forgetting the infamous Goodwood for its many festivities.
